All Total Home Services employees are carefully selected then properly trained over 20 hours. All employees are fully covered under WCB.

They’re part of our team and we take care of them so that they can take care of you.

Environmentally-friendly cleaning:

NO solvents, NO toxic chemicals, ONLY
natural and harmless cleaning agents

Window Cleaning

Recommended frequency: once every six weeks, year round.
Interior and Exterior Windows:

All window types: regular single/double paned, lead framed, stained glass pieces, screen cleaning and replacement.
Microfibre cleaning mops and high grade squeegees.

Gutter Washing

Recommended frequency: twice per summer season, at least once in fall.

Exterior gutter dumping and rinsing.

ALL gutter debris is filtered and natural debris composted at TOTAL Home Services headquarters.

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing of all Exterior and Interior Surfaces:

All house siding (Plastic, laminate, stone, brick and so on).
Roof moss removal, skylight blasting.
Decks (Stained, painted and so on).
Pools, pool decks.
Steps and walkways any surface.

If it can get dirty, we can clean it!

We operate gas pressure washers and employees are taught to be as efficient and as quick as possible to continue to provide TOTAL quality results, while limiting the amount of water and gasoline utilized.

Junk Removal

Have an old couch sitting in the basement?
Left over wood from that tree house project?
Need a storage locker cleaned out?

These are some of the services we have provided to our clients in the past, and simply put, we can take just about anything and get rid of it for you.

FREE JUNK REMOVAL:

When combined with another Total service.
If it’s recyclable we’ll take it and recycle it for you, for FREE.
